Everything is covered in this protocol right down to teeth care! - Daily Message support for daily checkins, guidance and support for the full duration of your fast and an additional 10 days afterwards to support you in breaking the fast and in integration. *Optional add on - Weekly distant healing sessions or 1:1 life coaching to support you through the emotions and energies that naturally come up with a fast like this.
